Curriculum covers White Glove service, territory management, rent optimization, ownership structuring, insurance dos and don’ts, and more. All delivered in-person and through Property Butler’s company news site. The trainers provide ongoing training for associates, conduct associate knowledge assessments, and track training milestones in order to assess associates’ educational and content development needs.

This gives investors the same visibility that they’ve come to expect for tracking their stock portfolios. The investor portal provides secure, instant access to real-time investment property performance. In addition, tenants gain access to their accounts anytime, anywhere. Including 24/7 access to online payment and service requests. Operations is the heart of Property Butler’s service offering as they are responsible for:

    • c. Property Maintenance Fulfillment Inclusive of inspections, preventive and ongoing maintenance, and emergency situations. i. Capital improvement projects are managed in partnership with Polaris Construction Management.
