- Leasing
Property Butler earns 6% of lease value upon placing a resident 3% if the resident renews.
- Monthly Management
Property Butler collects $79 or 8% of the monthly rent for ongoing management, whichever is greater. The management fee is subsequently waived when the property is vacant.
- Maintenance
Property Butler assesses 15% for bid and contractor management.
